Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction with their drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage the bar inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking usage to minimize waste.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing payments efficiently.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products in the beverage industry.
• Help Clean after every shift

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub, fine dining restaurant, or banquet setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
• Knowledge cocktail recipes is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations; basic math skills are essential for handling transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests is essential.
