Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing processes with precision.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering or banquet setups, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience serving in fine dining settings or banquet events helps ensure high-quality guest interactions.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and calculating bills quickly.
