Join our vibrant hospitality team as a dynamic and energetic Bartender! In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for guests in a lively environment. Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your passion for hospitality, will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet event, you’ll be the heart of the bar experience—mixing drinks, managing orders, and engaging with patrons to foster a welcoming atmosphere. Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure excellent customer service and promote repeat business.
  • Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
  • Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving practices while complying with all legal regulations.
  • Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by serving drinks promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and cash handling is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and sales reporting.
