Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Toast POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and safety protocols.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours at nightclubs, restaurants, or catering events.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS is essential for efficient order processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is required.
• Experience with retail math, basic math skills, cash handling, and cashiering ensures accurate transactions.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting adds value to your skill set.
• Prior experience in hospitality roles involving serving alcohol responsibly in the food industry is advantageous.
