Your expertise in food safety, Toast POS and customer service will be essential to delivering top-tier hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes and guest preferences
• Operate Toast POS to process orders efficiently and process credit card transactions efficiently & securely
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times
• Engage with guests using excellent customer service skills, creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits
• Manage multiple tasks including serving drinks, taking orders with precision & accuracy
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, enforce alcohol policies, and recognize signs of intoxication to promote safety

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting with a strong focus on customer service
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is highly preferred
• Experience working in fine dining environments or food industry settings that require attention to detail and professionalism
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts
• Ability to perform basic math for retail math calculations, and accurate order processing
• Previous experience with catering or large event service is advantageous but not mandatory
