Bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs efficiently.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction from order to departure.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to able laws and bar standards.
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed to ensure seamless service.
• Handle cashing out customers accurately using retail math skills while maintaining accountability for cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Must have valid liquor license Proven experience as a bartender in restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently.
• Knowledge of alcohol serving regulations.
• Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with brewing or beverage crafting techniques is desirable but not required.
