Bartender

Overview
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a skilled and energetic Bartender, where your passion for mixology and exceptional customer service will create memorable experiences for guests. In this role, you will craft innovative cocktails, serve beverages with flair, and foster a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise in food safety, POS systems, and hospitality standards will ensure smooth operations and delighted patrons.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and provide personalized service to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate billing and transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet events, or nightclub shifts to deliver seamless service.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhere to legal drinking age regulations, and promote responsible serving practices.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and communicating needs to management.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems, strong cash handling skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Pay: From $2.13 per hour
