Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while ensuring food safety and excellent service standards are maintained throughout your shift.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws and policies
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates during busy periods

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate transaction processing

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
