Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting delicious beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines.
• Assist in catering events as required, providing bartending services for special occasions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, with knowledge of mixology techniques being a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong basic math skills for handling cash register operations accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and catering experience is beneficial.
• Must possess strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively within a team.
