The Pine Bluff Country Club is a long-established staple in the Pine Bluff Community. We are excited to announce that we are finished with our remodel of the club! We look forward to serving members and guests from our new bar and grill.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings such as casual bars, fine dining, and catering, and will excel in providing exceptional hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
• Engage with patrons to provide excellent customer service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
• Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and keeping track of product usage.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash register.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the industry, and local brewing options to enhance the menu offerings.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or related roles within hospitality settings such as nightclubs or fine dining establishments.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including brewing methods and cocktail mixing.
• Excellent math skills for managing transactions and inventory calculations.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service periods.
• Sales skills to promote beverages and upsell menu items effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with guests and team members alike.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
