Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverage experiences, provide outstanding customer service, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking drink orders efficiently while providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and supplies are well-stocked and sanitized according to food safety standards.
• Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age laws and promoting a safe environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service or catering events, supporting seamless service during busy periods such as banquets or nightlife hours.
• Uphold food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours without sacrificing quality.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
