Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
• Follow all food industry regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, enhances efficiency in order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate billing are essential.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques ensures compliance with health regulations.
• Experience in brewing or hospitality industries demonstrates versatility and a passion for the food industry.
