Bartender

Experienced Bartender Wanted

Rosebud & Silks Bar — Downtown Lexington

Rosebud (est. 1991) and our sister bar Silks are hiring an experienced bartender for 2+ shifts per week, with fill-in shifts also available.

We want someone personable who enjoys making classic cocktails, pouring bourbon and beer, and talking with the diverse crowd that comes through our doors.

Requirements

• 4+ years bartending experience
• Comfortable running a bar solo
• Strong with classic cocktails, shots, and beer service
• STAR or ServeSafe certification (copy required)
• Reliable, organized, and patient with the public
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays
• Toast POS experience a plus

Shifts

• 4:00 PM until after 2:30 AM (days to be determined)

Duties

• Prepare and serve drinks to standard recipes
• Engage with guests and offer recommendations
• Run the POS — payments, tabs, and cash
• Keep bar clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow ABC regulations and serve responsibly
• Promote specials during busy periods
