Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Barista Experience preferred.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, recognizing signs of intoxication, and ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service when applicable, supporting catering events or banquet functions with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately are essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using excellent time management skills.
• Experience in serving at banquets or catering events is a plus; retail math skills are beneficial for sales tracking.

Pay: $23.26 - $28.01 per hour
