Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, including Toast and Pourmybeer, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or catering event.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling practices.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance guest experiences.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality while managing multiple tasks effectively through strong time management skills.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs.
