Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Clover.
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, lottery, and answering questions about drinks and menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and processing payments swiftly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs for replenishment to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
• Follow all food safety protocols and beverage regulations to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
• Assist with serving drinks efficiently while managing multiple tables or bar stations.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Clover POS for order entry and payment processing. We train
• Strong time people skills to handle busy service periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service abilities to create welcoming atmospheres that encourage repeat visits.
• Experience in fine dining or upscale food service environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals.

Pay: $21.42 - $25.80 per hour

Work Location: In person
