Bartender

Overview
Coin-Op Game Room_Sacramento is looking for a part-time bartender. To be considered for this job please bring your resume in person and ask to speak with management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar patrons, using proper techniques and procedures set by management
• Exhibit hospitality and bar/food knowledge when interacting with customer
• Assess customers' needs/preferences and make recommendations
• Serve guests responsibly, knowing when to stop serving intoxicated guests
• Perform proper cash-handling procedures, ensuring there is no company theft
• Keep the bar clean and stocked for service; be a team player and communicate how to keep bar standards high
• Be an agent of hospitality for the company; be informed on Coin-Op's offerings, events, operations
• Maintain a clean workspace
• Help open/close bar and perform cleaning duties
• Attend beverage education classes and quarterly meetings to stay updated on company policies
• The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Experience: 3 months to 1 year of experience
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Basic mathematical skills and an ability to handle money and provide correct change
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Problem solving
• Active listening
• Adaptability

Pay: From $16.90 per hour

Work Location: In person
