Our spirits of choice are botanical and artisanal spirits sourced from all over the world with a strong focus on Genever & Gins. Our food focuses on the art of pintxos with innovative bar bites that evolve with the seasons.

Overview:

Join our team as a Bartender and showcase your mixology skills in a vibrant and dynamic environment. We are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

We are looking for someone available 3 nights a week, especially weekends.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and making recommendations

- Operate cash registers to process drink orders and handle payments accurately

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils

- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations while handling food and beverages

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred

- Proficiency in operating cash registers and basic math skills

- Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes

- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure

- Willingness to help create a welcoming atmosphere for customers

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
