Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Toast POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.

Experience

• Prior experience working as a bartender in fine dining settings or nightclubs is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in food handling, serving, cashiering, and food safety practices within the food industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for efficient transaction management.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy hours.
• Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus, showcasing versatility in various hospitality settings.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and bill splitting.
