Bartender

What You’ll Do

• Pour beer, shots, and simple mixed drinks quickly and consistently
• Take orders, run the register, and handle cash accurately
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and ready for the next round
• Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws
• Deal with drunk customers professionally and shut things down when needed
• Maintain a fun, safe atmosphere for regulars and new faces
• Open and close the bar as scheduled

What We’re Looking For

• Bartending experience preferred (dive bar or high-volume a plus)
• Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and busy shifts
• Strong people skills and the ability to handle tough situations
• Fast, efficient, and not afraid of hard work
• Must be legal drinking age and have (or get) alcohol service certification
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift kegs/cases when needed

Bonus Points If You

• Know your regulars by name
• Can keep things moving when it’s slammed
• Don’t mind loud music, sticky floors, and long nights
