Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and glassware are properly sanitized and stocked.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events like banquets or catering functions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours in nightclubs or restaurant settings.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process sales efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience with beverage preparation techniques, including brewing or mixing cocktails.
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple orders while maintaining quality service.
• Background in retail math or basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales calculations.

Pay: $21.52 - $25.92 per hour
