About Us

Aloha! We’re looking for experienced, energetic, and customer-focused bartenders to join our growing team in Waikīkī and at our upcoming new location. We want bartenders who can move fast without losing quality, create a welcoming atmosphere, and handle high-volume service with confidence and professionalism.

A good bartender makes drinks. A great bartender controls the flow of the room, keeps the Aloha vibes alive, and still remembers who ordered the spicy margarita with no salt. That’s the energy.

Pay: Competitive hourly pay + tips

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and menu offerings
• Accurately process orders and handle cash/POS transactions
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow all Hawaiʻi liquor laws and responsible serving practices
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and bar supplies
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and basic mixology
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid liquor card / bartending certifications as required by Hawaiʻi law preferred
