Bounty Farmhouse Kitchen & Tap is a locally owned restaurant rooted in farm-to-table values, local craftsmanship, and genuine hospitality. We proudly feature beef from our own butcher shop and beer brewed by our in-house brewery—and we have the bar program to match.

We’re looking for experienced, guest-focused bartenders to join our team and help bring our farmhouse-inspired beverage program to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision and speed.
• Provide friendly, engaging service to bar guests and service well tickets.
• Learn and share knowledge of our local beer, wine, and spirits offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Contribute to a positive team culture during our opening and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service or craft cocktail setting.
• Strong knowledge of beer, spirits, and cocktail technique.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Enthusiasm for local food and drink—and telling the story behind them.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
