Bartender

As we enter our summer season, we are seeking an experienced, energetic, and personable Bartender to join our team. Candidates must have 3+ years of recent bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you will craft quality beverages, provide exceptional guest service, and help create a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver friendly, professional hospitality and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately using the Toast POS system.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Restock bar supplies and support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist with events, banquets, and team support as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent bartending experience required.
• Strong knowledge of the Toast POS system preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures.
• Experience with cash handling and basic math skills required.
• Interest in beverage trends and cocktail presentation is a plus.
