Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met at all times
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing procedures with precision
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and other essentials to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions to meet guest expectations

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests confidently
• Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws
• Experience with food industry operations including serving, catering, and food safety protocols
• Familiarity with brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus for enhancing guest offerings
