Bartender

Bartender – Grace Winery (Glen Mills, PA)
Part-time | Weekends required

Grace Winery is looking for an experienced bartender to join our tasting room crew. We’re a busy winery with a fun, tight-knit team and we need someone who’s professional, quick on their feet, and great with guests.

What you’ll do:

• Pour wine flights, local beer & seasonal cocktails
• Chat with guests about our wines (training provided)
• Keep the bar clean, stocked & organized
• Help with setup/breakdown and support the team when things get busy

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years bartending experience
• Wine knowledge is a plus (but we’ll teach you if you’re curious)
• 21+, RAMP certified or willing to get it
• Team player, positive energy, good under pressure
• Able to be on your feet & lift up to 40 lbs
• Weekends a must (some holidays too)

Pay: $8–$10/hr + tips, usually around $25-30/hr
