Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in customer service, food safety, and beverage presentation will be essential in delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet hall, you’ll be the heartbeat of the bar area, energizing the atmosphere and building lasting relationships with patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience
  • Operate POS systems such as Toast POS accurately for orders, payments, and cash handling
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times
  • Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages during busy hours
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, utensils, and workstations according to health regulations
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at shift end
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions seamlessly
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while providing attentive customer service

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; hospitality experience are a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
  • Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously

Preferred qualifications include experience in food industry roles such as catering or restaurant service, familiarity with brewing processes or food industry standards, and previous nightclub or banquet experience.
