Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Senior Bartender, where your energy and passion for service will create memorable experiences for guests. In this role, you’ll craft innovative cocktails, serve beverages with enthusiasm, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using Toast POS system.
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and provide personalized service to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with management to adapt menu for season and/or volume changes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change.
  • Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and glassware regularly to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, food service, or retail sales in a hospitality setting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bartender or in food service, preferably in music venue or neighborhood bar setting.
  • Familiarity with Toast POS system for order processing and sales tracking.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
