Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a strong background in food and beverage service. This role involves preparing and serving drinks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Experience with POS systems, along with knowledge of food safety and hospitality standards, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for billing purposes
• Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operation during shifts
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest identification when necessary
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere in various settings including nightclubs or hospitality venues
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures related to food handling and beverage service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management (retail math)
• Strong communication skills and a personable demeanor suitable for diverse clientele including <PERSON> interactions
