Hey! Alberta's is a northside neighborhood restaurant with a curated wine selection, upscale cocktail program, and some would argue their favorite pizzas in Pittsburgh. Our dining room is often fully booked with guests who come for great food, great cocktails, and genuine hospitality.

The Role
We’re looking for a team member who enjoys crafting seasonal and unique cocktails

• A bartender open to taking serving shifts when the bar schedule is full (seniority-based).

Schedule & Growth

• 2–3 shifts per week to start
• Potential opportunity for a full-time lead position within 6 months based on skill and dedication.
• Full-time roles include sick pay and a guaranteed 4-day schedule

Pay & Earnings

• Bartenders: $7.25+/hr + tips
• Average nightly employee sales range from $1,000–$2,500, with 20%+ tip rates
