Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. You will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing excellent service in both bar area and delivering food to the table area.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during food service operations.

Experience

- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in fine dining or catering environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service is essential.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations are required.
- A background in the food industry or hospitality sector will be beneficial.
