Bartender

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service within fast-paced environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while creating memorable experiences for our guests. A strong understanding of Toast POS system , along with solid time management and sales abilities, are essential for success in this position.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and recipes
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Restock bar supplies as needed, ensuring all ingredients and tools are available for service
• Assist with food service when required, including serving food at events such as banquets or catering functions
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guest consumption to ensure safety
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties for bar tabs and retail sales

Requirements

• Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, nightclub, or banquet service; fine dining experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent time management skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of alcohol laws and regulations
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or special events as needed; catering experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week
