Butcher & the Bear is seeking an experienced bartender to join our growing team.

We are an upscale steakhouse focused on exceptional hospitality, premium steaks, craft cocktails, and a thoughtfully curated wine and spirits program. We're looking for professionals who take pride in their craft and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with consistency and precision
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest engagement
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
• Work collaboratively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff
• Assist with bar prep, inventory, and daily operational duties
• Follow all liquor laws and restaurant standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years bartending experience preferred
• Experience in upscale dining, steakhouse, or high-volume restaurants a plus
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
