Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Toast POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing special requests.
• Assist in catering events, banquets, or nightclub settings by serving drinks promptly and professionally.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure all guests are attended to with enthusiasm and care.

Qualifications

• TABC Certification
• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service, preferably with bar experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Toast POS is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
• Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; night club or brewing industry experience is beneficial.
