Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures, including basic math calculations for change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations.
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with catering or banquet events as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere suitable for nightclubs or fine dining environments, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve diverse clientele confidently.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently.
• Experience with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing cocktails, and serving alcohol responsibly.

Pay: $21.63 - $26.05 per hour
