Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Future Pos/Shift4
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations while promoting a safe environment.
• Use effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Shift 4/Future POS ; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures, food handling protocols, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent math skills for retail math, restaurant math, basic math calculations for cash handling, tipping, and sales tracking.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods; previous experience in food industry or hospitality environments is advantageous.
