Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in line with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Handle cash transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accurate cashiering and basic math skills are applied
• Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure seamless service
• Collaborate with team members during busy shifts, including serving at nightclubs or banquet events, to deliver exceptional hospitality

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous
• Experience with catering or banquet service enhances your ability to manage large groups smoothly
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or stations efficiently during peak hours
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
• Retail math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reconciliation
• Background in hospitality or brewing industries is a plus for understanding beverage nuances and customer preferences
