Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and promoting safe drinking practices.
• Restock bar supplies promptly to ensure smooth service during busy hours; assist with catering events or banquets as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere suitable for nightclubs or social gatherings while ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling and cashiering procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and tab management.
• Experience with brewing or the food industry is a plus; previous retail or food service experience is highly valued.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or large events.
