Bartender

Overview
Seeking a bartender with 2+ years bartending experience to join our team and serve our guests and regulars. High volume experience preferred. TIPS certification required. Must have Sunday and Monday Availability

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote drink specials
• Handle credit transactions accurately using TOAST POS
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with Grindhouse Standards
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operation
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations
• Uphold high standards of hospitality, and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in high volume regular centric bar or restaurant
• Familiarity with toast efficient order processing..
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices..
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, weekdays, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $39.00 per hour
