Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Operate POS system for orders, payments, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and responding to special requests or dietary needs.
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages promptly.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while adhering to proper cashiering procedures.
• Support nightclub or banquet events by serving drinks quickly and professionally in high-energy settings.

Skills

• Prior experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly desirable.
• Food serving experience and table points of service.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with an approachable attitude.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
