Bartender

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious and visually appealing beverages for our guests. Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests
- Operate the POS system to process payments accurately
- Handle cash transactions, including giving correct change and maintaining an accurate cash drawer
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and enforce responsible drinking practices
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or similar setting is required.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service.
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate inventory management.
