Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. This role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. Beer Knowledge is a plus.

Duties

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service policies.
• Assist in special events as required.

Requirements

• Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and retail math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
