Bartender

Home Tavern, located in Freedom, WI, is looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join our team! We’re currently hiring a Bartender to work two weekends per month (including occasional Fridays), with weekday shifts potentially available for the right candidate.

Our bartenders play a key role in creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. In addition to bartending, team members may be asked to cook and serve tables on occasion, so flexibility and a team-first attitude are a must.

Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide friendly, fast, and attentive customer service
• Assist with cooking and serving tables as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Energetic and motivated with a positive attitude
• Willingness to help in multiple roles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous bartending or food service experience preferred, but not required
