Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service policies and legal requirements.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates during busy hours or events like banquets or catering functions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills and basic math proficiency; balance registers at shift end.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role, preferably within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS system Clover POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts, prioritizing tasks seamlessly.
• Previous experience in retail math, cash handling, and cashiering is preferred.
