Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality craft cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create a welcoming guest experience
• Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, and seasonal offerings
• Assist with bar setup, breakdown, cleaning, and organization
• Follow recipes and service standards to ensure product consistency
• Work collaboratively with fellow bartenders and cocktail servers
• Monitor guest needs while maintaining efficiency during busy service periods
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and communicate product needs to management
• Uphold all alcohol service laws and company policies

Qualifications:

• Previous craft cocktail bartending experience is required
• Strong understanding of classic cocktails, proper techniques, and spirit knowledge
• Ability to work effectively in a medium-volume environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented
