Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol service regulations
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and inventory as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions
• Uphold food safety protocols related to food handling and beverage service at all times

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling and retail math accuracy
• Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing cocktails, and serving alcohol responsibly
• Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events

Pay: $22.13 - $26.66 per hour
