Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Duties

• Pouring Beer and Wine by the glass
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Handle a POS system that is easy to use. You will do cash and card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
• Manage multiple areas including making pizza and sandwiches to order when needed.
• Assist with food prep such as making grab and go salads or helping in the kitchen.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol service laws and policies

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender with strong knowledge of food handling and safety protocols. Would be nice but not required.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales transactions. No previous experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Must be personable.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing
• Knowledge of food industry standards related to catering, food safety, and beverage preparation
