Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and enforce alcohol service policies.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure seamless service without delays.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service smoothly.

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for quick transactions and accurate cashiering.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink measurements.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
