Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to engage with customers and manage the bar area efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our hospitality services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Assist with bussing tables and ensuring that the dining area is tidy and inviting for guests.
• Utilize OpenTable or similar systems for managing reservations and guest seating.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all safety regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining basic math skills for processing payments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, particularly in guest services or guest relations.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive atmosphere for patrons.
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and bartending techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others enjoy their dining experience.
