We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
  • Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
  • Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, while managing multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management skills.
  • Assist in catering events or banquets by serving drinks promptly and supporting event staff as needed.
  • Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management to ensure smooth operations.

Experience

  • Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining environment is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
  • Demonstrated ability in food safety practices, food handling, and responsible alcohol service.
  • Experience with retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling to accurately manage transactions.
  • Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
